What do you do when the last thing you want to do is get out of bed?
How about get up and go out to get some exercise?
Or do you just sit around all day with no intention of getting outside?
If you answered yes to either of those questions, then it’s time to find out what you need to do to get outside and exercise without putting yourself in harm’s way.
We’re not talking about doing a little walk, though we might consider doing that in the future.
What we’re talking about is getting out of the house and heading for the nearest mountain, where you can get away from the daily grind and spend a few hours outside enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
If you have a dog, then you can do a little bit of exercise too, though you’ll need to get up for a walk, not to mention a run.
And if you’ve got a cat, then don’t forget to get the exercise in as well.
The most important thing to do if you have any pets is to take them out for a stroll once in a while.
If that’s not an option, then consider bringing your own cat out to a park or someplace with a nice view of the mountains.
If your dog has a big appetite, then go out for dinner, but you should also be sure to check the menu for a special treat.
The first thing you should do if there’s no view is get some fresh air.
If you don’t have a window or a window cover, then take a blanket or two to lay down in the sun and enjoy the breeze.
This will also give you a nice way to cool down and get some rest.
The more you get outside, the more you’ll get exercise.
And since it’s a long time before the sun comes up again, it’s best to start with the same exercise that you started with, like a walk or a run, and then move up to something like running or cycling.
For example, if you had a brisk walk in the morning and then started running at night, you’d be doing about 30 minutes of exercise each day, but if you started at the end of your workout, you might only be doing 20 minutes.
For your pet, this means that it’s worth taking a walk at least once a week.
If the exercise doesn’t feel too strenuous, you can even try to go for a run in the evenings, but this can be very hard on your pet.

Another option is to go to a nearby park and just stroll around and watch the view.
A bit more time and practice might also help with getting your mind off things.

Watch the sunrise and set aside time to look out at the mountains for an hour.
Have some tea and a picnic.
Put a little distance between you and your pet and walk in front of the sun for an additional hour.
Take a walk with your pet in the park, but don’t go into the forest and walk by yourself.
Wear a coat and bring your own towel.
Pick out some leaves for your pet to chew and rub on.
Keep an eye out for other animals, and don’t take your pet anywhere without permission.
Don’t put your pet into a crate.
Make sure that your pet is in good health.
Do the following when you get out to the nearest town: Get some fresh water.
Find a place to sit down and relax.
Buy a blanket.
Bring a bottle of water to drink.
Give your pet a good treat.
