How to Make a Great Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Mike’s pizza is an Italian-style pizza made with roasted mushrooms, mozzarella, and basil.

It is served with a side of tomato sauce.

We are proud to present this recipe with its new recipe, which is a great addition to your pizza menu.

Ingredients: 2 large mushrooms, peeled and diced 2 cups mozzeria di Parma, plus 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cups chopped basil, plus 1 teaspoon chopped salt 2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano 2 teaspoons dried oreganos, plus more to taste 2 large red peppers, finely chopped (we recommend adding about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pepper mix) 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon fresh grated Parmesan cheese (we used Parmesan) 1 large egg, lightly beaten 1/4 cup fresh mozzerella di Paria, plus 3/4 cups basil leaves 1 cup Parmesan, plus 4 tablespoons chopped Parmesan salt, to taste 1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese Directions: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

Set aside for 5 minutes to warm.

Remove mushrooms from the water, and then add to the bowl of a food processor or blender.

Process until finely chopped.

Add garlic and pulse to combine.

Add olive oil and pulse until mixture is creamy.

Add basil, mozeria di parma, oreganoes, and salt to the processor.

Process for 5 to 10 seconds.

Add the basil mixture, and pulse a few times to incorporate the basil and oreganoe.

Blend on low until a thick paste forms.

Add red pepper, eggs, and mozzarde di Pura to the mixture, along with the Parmesan.

Add salt, pepper, and egg mixture.

Process on medium until the dough comes together.

Form into a ball and flatten into a smooth ball.

Place in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

To make the sauce, whisk together all ingredients together in a medium saucepan until smooth.

Cover, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
